Spork3245
Need to add about 20-25 feet of range to my current wifi set-up so the signal better reaches out into my yard on one side of my house for some blink cameras I’ve set up. I’ve heard incredibly mixed things about extenders over the years so I’m not sure if buying one is a waste of money. This is my current router btw: https://a.co/d/gjKpVHl I already have a long range antenna on one of the connectors.
AbsolutSurgen
I had the 2.4Ghz radio die on my router after about 6 years, so purchased a second one and setup an Asus AIMesh (I'm using an ethernet backhaul, but I believe you can do this over WiFi as well). Got rid of all the dead spots in my house.
Ricofoley
I tried one once to try and improve a dead spot on our upper floor with our old router and it didn't help much. Had much better results once we just upgraded the router itself. Since your router is pretty new, you might have better results, but I have also heard pretty mixed things from professional reviewers about them. Jason
If you can't run ethernet maybe look at something like this that does ethernet over power and then broadcasts a wifi signal. Amazon.com WWW.AMAZON.COM
