I was told a few days before that it had to be rescheduled to December 13th. I got a call today saying, unfortunately, it has to be rescheduled again to January 3rd! They told me I didn't have an appointment tomorrow, and I don't know what I'm going to do now. It's going to be 5 months waiting for the other dentist office I tried to make an appointment with. This was the second time they "have no record of an appointment." Even if they cancel it, they should have it on record. I know they sent me a text saying to confirm, which I did a couple weeks ago. What the heck is the point of rescheduling with them again when it happened before? I have swelling in the gum line from the tooth problem, so that's not good.
