TwinIon Posted September 1, 2022 Share Posted September 1, 2022 Trump's ability to delay these things for years is such a clear failure of our legal system, and this is only the point at which documents are being turned over. If these documents lead somewhere and they decide to take legal action, It's entirely possible that Trump is President again before that battle resolves. That's crazy. Maybe some lawyer could walk me through why these delays are a good, useful, or even necessary part of a well functioning legal system.
