Curious what's considered bullying nowadays. Every boss I've ever had has been a bit of an asshole... cuz, you kinda have to be. I've been a manager of a restaurant and tried to be the "cool boss" but it only works for a short time before you start getting taken advantage of. Granted, these are kids with part time jobs and not programmers with degrees, but from my experience in both the retail/food service world and the corporate office world, the behavior is pretty consistent. Sooner or later, you gotta be a dick to get shit done.

 

Considering CDPR's current trend of revelations, it's probably legit, but I still wonder.
