Homes will continue to get the rebate, which will also increase, but will be a flat amount per household (meaning if you emit less, you get more money from the gov't than you pay in taxes). But I guess it’s the best we can do given the political situation. edit: I think this deserves it’s own thread and the mega threads are kind of tiresome anyway.
