  1. I'm selling my 3080 Ti. I listed it on eBay but will pull the listing down if you're interested. They're going for $800 + shipping on average on eBay, but I'd do less if you'd want it since I won't get hit with the stupid ass eBay fees But, like Stepee said, you may be better off just grabbing a 4080 when they come out next month. 100% up to you, my guy!
  2. Watch that Sony review I posted, high-end Mini LED seems to be the best as the amount of blooming in dark scenes is the same that OLED has (unnoticeable unless you shove your face against the TV). There's no "best of both worlds", just "best" here I think the only downside with Sony is that it uses AndroidOS/AndroidTV for the built-in functions
  3. Sony's new mini led is already 1:1 with the best OLEDs it looks like. The issue with mini led is that quality for black levels will vary greatly between brands/models, so, right now at least, Sony's is king (and by a lot) compared with other mini led (except maybe ASUS's mini led monitor).
  4. QD-OLED should make burn-in not a thing with OLEDs, but, it's still "theoretical" and I think LED is still brighter (someone correct me if I'm wrong on that). Also, QD-OLED is currently limited to 65"
  5. Honestly, the new Mini LED from Sony, the X95K, is about 1:1 with the LG C2 in terms of picture quality and even black levels... except it's brighter and you don't have to worry about burn-in.
  6. So I just read that using 3pin limits boost clock to 100% whereas 4pins allows 120%.
  7. I have no idea. But, if that's the case, I'm likely not OCing this anyway
  8. @Mr.Vic20looks like the PSU conversion cables on the MSI only have 3x 8pins instead of the 4... Is that safe or should we get a 4x adapter?
  9. I just hope someone doesn't buy my 3080 Ti until Friday or Saturday so I have an excuse to not ship until Tuesday
  10. So uhhh... before I throw it on eBay; anyone interested in purchasing an EVGA 3080 Ti FTW3 Ultra? If I'm selling on here, I'll undercut the avg eBay price by a good amount, obviously.
  11. Ya know, thinking about it, something I’d like in future seasons would be for (when the dwarfs dig too deep) them to explore the nameless things a bit.
  12. MSI GeForce RTX 4090 GAMING TRIO 24G - MSI-US Official Store US-STORE.MSI.COM GeForce RTX 4090 GAMING TRIO 24G @Mr.Vic20 @stepee Another store to refresh every 3 seconds!
  13. Even FSR in Far Cry 6 also removed aliasing, but did add a small amount of blur at quality that, honestly, wasn’t noticeable unless I flipped back and forth in stills. I assume it’s using FSR 1.0. The removed aliasing and game running at 4k with a 90fps avg outweighed the unnoticeable blurring.
  14. DLSS removes aliasing better than 4x AA and at balanced or quality, in 4k, is arguably a better picture than native. At 1440p, quality is the lowest you’d want to go.
  15. VRR still uses VSYNC, though, doesn't it? I know I leave it on with both my VRR monitor and TV. If your FPS exceeds the max refresh rate you're still going to get tearing.
  16. Hmm, when you click to buy a video card on the nVidia store, it brings up a "buy a best buy" thing
  17. https://store.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/store/?page=1&limit=9&locale=en-us&category=GPU,DESKTOP&gpu=RTX 4090&gpu_filter=RTX 4090~2,RTX 3090 Ti~3,RTX 3090~7,RTX 3080 Ti~6,RTX 3080~9,RTX 3070 Ti~5,RTX 3070~11,RTX 3060 Ti~4,RTX 3060~7,RTX 3050 Ti~0,RTX 3050~6,RTX 2080 SUPER~0,RTX 2070 SUPER~0,RTX 2070~0,RTX 2060~1,GTX 1660 Ti~1,GTX 1650 Ti~0,GTX 1650~0 That's the US one - seems like you linked to UK?
  18. That's weird, because it's recommended by nVidia to leave VSync on for DLSS 1 and 2.
