Got the itch, so reinstalling it for the 10th time (Steam). Installing the Special Edition, and I'll have to start the mod search once again. This time I'm focusing on melee weapons, I'll try to be some kind of brute, so I'll try and mod it with a bunch of new/extra weapons, since the base game isn't very great for those.

I also remember there being some kind of great melee combat mod that turned it into Zelda-esque, does anyone remember which mod that is?

Ordinator overhauls the perk trees of Skyrim to increase the depth and fun of character building. It is highly compatible with other mods and uses lightweight and clean scripting.

There was a serial killer abducting, torturing, and killing black women in Kansas City earlier this year. We don't even know how many women he's killed. Thanks to one of his victims escaping, he was finally arrested last month. Police found another victim chained up wearing trash bags.

It barely made national news. People who commit multiple murders are so common in this nation, people no longer have the heart to internalize what's happening. We've all become numb to the trauma and we barely even realize it.

It hasnt made news because they cant/wont find any evidence of anyone else other then the victim who escaped.

I really like this because as you know I’m into industrial music, and this is essentially industrial metal. I usually dig electronics and synths in music, because I grew up in the 80s.

I figured if there was one person on this board who might like it , it was gonna be you.

The only track I dont like off this album is Filthy, Slimey, Pervert, the sped up 8 bit chip tune combined with growl vocals just doesnt work for me.

  4. The Good The Bad and The Ugly 4k.

Leone , Morricone , Eastwood , Wallach , Van Cleef in 4k greatness. This is my favorite "spaghetti western". Leone takes all the stereotypes of the western genre and blends them together in to a fever dream that borders on surrealism. Characters wander into separate plots and scenes with no explanation and no one bats an eye, shots linger into the realm of absurdity . The score is pure Morricone and lives in its own pop culture status. Eastwood is Eastwood and never really veers off course, Wallach is the standout as Tuco and is the Tasmanian devil brought to human form. Van Cleef is fantastic as Angel eyes, he carries a lot of menace and there something very ominous about his look in this film , almost not human.

The basic gist is 3 gunslingers each trying to get to a stash of gold and each one holds a piece of information to its location. Its got a 3 hour run time, so its not fast watch but it never feels like a drag.

    9/10

This is my AOTY, nothing even remotely comes close. I ordered the vinyl and previously bought a T-shirt a month or two ago, shirt was not good.

While it is known that FTX moved customer funds to Sam Bankman-Fried's Alameda trading desk, the missing funds are reported here for the first time. The financial hole was revealed in records that 'SBF' shared with other senior executives a week ago.

    Quote

In a subsequent examination, FTX legal and finance teams also learned that Bankman-Fried implemented what the two people described as a "backdoor" in FTX's book-keeping system, which was built using bespoke software.

They said the "backdoor" allowed Bankman-Fried to execute commands that could alter the company's financial records without alerting other people, including external auditors. This set-up meant that the movement of the $10 billion in funds to Alameda did not trigger internal compliance or accounting red flags at FTX, they said.

Do you know if or how many plants you’ll be legally allowed to grow? Ontario and most of Canada is 4 plants only, but many don’t follow the rules

Missourians 21 and older can obtain personal cultivation cards, which will allow up to six flowering plants, six nonflowering plants (plants over 14 inches) and six clone plants (plants under 14 inches). The cards are valid for one year and would have an annual fee of $150.

The Missouri legalization bill was somewhat controversial. A lot of pro-legalization people did not support it because they feel it will lead to too few companies having control of the industry in the state.

I voted yes, who knows when we’ll get another shot at this. I’m still shocked it passed honestly. Polls indicated it would, but it still feels very weird.

I was happy to see it. It wasnt perfect by any means but I think if it didnt get passed there wouldn't be a second chance at it.

Rumor is Feb. before we can buy from Rec. shops so not a long wait.

Right... although the portal thing sounds dumb as hell. I guess that's a way to bump his powers to "Omega levels" since he's one of the so-called Omega mutants.

EDIT: Correction, Cyclops is not an Omega, he's an Alpha according to the Marvel wiki which also says he gets his powers from absorbing ambient energy.

I would have sworn he was Omega level. I thought I read some where he could crack planets with his blasts.

It's actually the opposite according to wikipedia. The dimensional business was how his powers were described to have worked in the first Marvel Universe Handbook in 1983.  The Solar thing retconned that in the later edition in the 1985 Marvel handbook.

Marvel should really do another edition of their Handbook. They could even do two volumes, one covering the comics and one covering the Cinematic universe.

2004 Handbook says he absorbs energy to open the portals.

According to the Marvel Universe handbook, he and his brother Havok both absorb ambient solar radiation and store it to release as energy blasts. Cyclops theoretically was born with ability to control them at will like Havok, but he hurt his head when he was young, damaging the part of his brain that would gave allowed him to control them. That's why he needs the visor and glasses. They may have retconned this stuff but that was my understanding hie his powers worked.

    Its been retconned

His eyes are a portal to another universe where photons can carry gravitational particles that make concussive light. His body makes a field that keeps the energy in check and the glasses resonate at the same frequency as the field.
