Ballots are secret, so IDK how he is going to prove that a dead person voted for a particular candidate. Considering how close the election was in a number of states, doesn't it seem just as likely a dead person voted for Trump as they did Biden?

If Trump is cash-poor and only has wealth in his real estate, wouldn't the creditors come after those assets? So even if Melania isn't on the hook for Trump's debt, she would only get the scraps left over after the creditors get their share, right?

In a divorce settlement, often times the assets are split 50/50. But what about debts? Would she be on the hook for any debts incurred since they were married? lawd, that would be funny if she inherited $500 million in debt.
