My wife and I have been watching Seinfeld lately, and our 10 year old daughter will watch it a bit, and isn't completely bored or disinterested in the show.

Jim is a straight up bully. He's one of the biggest assholes in the show.

Sitcoms that have withstood the test of time: Three's Company, Seinfeld, The Office. Sitcoms that I remember fondly but are probably actually trash in retrospect: Alf, Family Matters, That 70's show, probably a dozen others.

Instead of doing any sort of holiday party this year, my work has opted to do virual events starting next week. I signed up for an (at home) wine tasting event, cocktail making seminar, lego building, and sign making. All of the stuff is shipped directly to my house, and when the event starts, you hop onto a video conference with everyone else who signed up.

Did Urkle make Family Matters a better or worse show? Obviously he definitely helped with ratings, and keeping the show on the air for many seasons, but did he really advance the story all that much?

I think it will do fine on the ascent. The hard part will be the belly flop and flip maneuver right before landing. SpaceX has successfully landed boosters numerous times now, but the way they are landing the starship has never been attempted.

It would also be ROFL if one of Trump's kids had to bribe their own father to get a pardon. It would be doubly ROFL if Trump decided to take their money and not grant a pardon.

If someone were to bribe the president in exchange for a pardon, the bribe could also be pardoned, and there is nothing that the DoJ could do to prosecute the person giving the bribe. The President could of course be held liable for the bribe after he leaves office, unless he himself is pardoned by the next President, or attempts to self-pardon.

I HOPE it's someone who Trump hates - so even though money was given in exchange for a pardon, no pardon is given. So whoever it was who was seeking a pardon, not only will they be fucked for their previous crimes, they'll also be fucked for bribery as well.

Similar situation with my next door neighbor. Husband and wife, neighbors are in their 50s. The neighbor wife's mom and dad contracted it, the father died, the mother is sick (and heartbroken mind you) and now the neighbor wife has it as well. The neighbor husband probably has it as well (or will have it very soon).
