Guys, I’m not a lawyer, but I do know what’s popular and what’s not. If the Dems want to keep the majority in 2022 and the White House in 2024, they need this man: James Corden can save the Democratic Party… by pretending to be a Republican and hardcore Trump supporter. NO ONE will want to be in the GOP let alone associate with Trump if James Corden is around.

McCarthy is in this weird position where he wants to tow the GOP good old days line and at the same time tow the “we’re fucking insane” line.

I’ve accepted that not only will he and his cronies get away with all this, but they’ll all be back in the White House in January of 2025. I’m not even sad or angry. Just disappointed.

That also annoys me so much, because the Trump administration was just as bad if not worse at messaging. But people are now clamoring for the “glory days” of Trump being in charge, when we saw how he handled the one crisis this country, and the rest of the world, had to deal with when he was in charge.

It also doesn’t help that Jada put out a video a while back talking about her alopecia saying jokes about her hair don’t bother her.

And it’s a shame, because the Biden administration HAS done a lot. Honestly, I still stand by people not being vaccinated against covid if Trump had won a second term, as he and his team really had no rollout plans for the vaccines when they were ready. The death toll would be even higher had he won, and unemployment would be insane. Not to mention what Putin would likely be doing to Ukraine with a U.S. President that was anti-NATO and clearly in Putin’s pocket.

Yeah, it really ruined his own moment, not to mention fellow Philly native Questlove whose Oscar win followed that incident. All anyone wants to talk about is that now.

It’s a double edged sword. Biden is better than the alternative (four more years of Trump), but Biden doing things the way he’s doing them is most likely giving us four more years of Trump… but delayed.

His style of writing is his biggest flaw. When you feel the need to describe the entire room, the make of the drapes, the table setting, the food on the table, how the food was prepared, what Tyrion is wearing, and what the hooker he’s sleeping with ISN’T wearing anymore… and that’s the first ten pages of the chapter and no dialogue has even happened yet, yeah, no wonder he hasn’t finished one of these books in a while.

A host on one of wrestling podcast I listen to said he finally watched the show in the lead up to the final season after his coworkers convinced him to watch it, and he remembers his coworkers being shocked when he suggested Dany being the real big bad.

And I’m pretty sure they only did that in response to Sam Elliott’s bashing of the director.
