mclumber1
https://blogs.nasa.gov/bridenstine/2020/09/10/space-resources-are-the-key-to-safe-and-sustainable-lunar-exploration/ Quote The requirements we’ve outlined are that a company will collect a small amount of Moon “dirt” or rocks from any location on the lunar surface, provide imagery to NASA of the collection and the collected material, along with data that identifies the collection location, and conduct an “in-place” transfer of ownership of the lunar regolith or rocks to NASA. After ownership transfer, the collected material becomes the sole property of NASA for our use. This is a pretty neat idea. It gets around some of the limitations of the outer space treaty, which has hampered space exploration in my opinion.
b_m_b_m_b_m
Another government project doled out to a politically connected private company, not actually doing anything but making someone rich in the process. I thought you libertarians were against this kind of shit.

PaladinSolo
This sounds like an extremely stupid idea.
