SuperSpreader Posted December 2, 2019 Share Posted December 2, 2019 I also hit size 34 this month, I was a size 44+ 6 years ago and have been working on it, it's been a slow and steady, consistent lifestyle change. This week has been tough since I've been traveling, I'm looking forward to getting back into the routine as I'm feeling my muscles weaken. My goal is probably size 32 or 31. Hopefully by April 2020.
