Verizon came by and set up shop in the basement of the building and served the business on the lower floors with Fios. However, because of some bullshit agreement the board had with Comcast, Verizon wasn't allowed to extend service to the residential units on the upper floors. We decided to keep his deal and cancel mine. They charged me like a $200 cancellation fee. I was like "WE LITERALLY CANNOT KEEP BOTH PLANS, THERE'S ONLY ONE CABLE TO THE HOUSE," we had both been customers for years. Their response was "fuck you, pay me."
