LOL, The securities deriviative market is shady enough (with the credit default swap being the most infamous example). I guarentee you 99.9999% of the people who "invested" with celsius had no idea about the nuts and bolts behind their operation. Just their shitty marketing buzzwords and promise of a high yield. It is basically Bitconnect 2.0.

Yes but in theory the justices shouldn't be partisan hacks that already decided from the beginning the result they want and their only job is to figue out how to lay out a shitty argument for it. Republicans have weaponized the Supreme Court both through maneuvering and putting on political operatives and religious zealots.

Which is just having a result you want and then using some bs to justify it. If the second amendment is to defend against a rogue government then we should legally be able to own the weapons needed to do to that. We've seen in Ukraine how important stingers and javelins are. They would have been rolled without them. To me its people who want their toys but don't want others to actually challenge authority so they twist themselves into knots to justify themselves. IMO the only way to change anything is to have the justices rule that an arm means ANY weapon, which would at least force the states and federal government to write an amendment to clarify what people can and can't own.

Why shouldn't I be able to own heavy artilery? After all a gun isn't much use against a tank which is what would be used against this "free nation".

The problem with the second amendment is its terribly written and based on shit that doesn't exist anymore. If there is no well regulated milita do people still have the right to bear arms? Its an amendment should have been done away in the 1800s or at least at the minimum rewritten to clarify things. If I have the right to bear arms and the government can restrict them to what degree do they have that right? Its whatever you want it to be. There is no reason why I can't own a nuclear bomb but I can own an AR-15 other than BS jusifications. Its backward reasoning where you decide what you want the result to be and then make up some shit to get there.

Why does she think much more liberal countries in Europe don't have these kinds of weekly mass shootings?
