These places vs Gaucho?
IMO the absolute best is either Fig & Ash or Morcilla, but it all just depends on what you are feeling. Gaucho is just as good, just a bit more casual.- 1

Oh yeah I walked all around there and also the other direction which got me some cool grocery stores and stuff, it’s just I never know what’s good and open late. But it was fun walking around. That day I just went for a big building that looked decent so ate at a place called “Eddie Merlot’s” which I’m assuming is some kind of chain. I had the sea bass though and it was quite fantastic and weirdly their chopped salad left a huge impression on me
Ok since you are making it rain here are some exceptionally nicer places:
Con Alma
Fig & Ash
40 North
Meat & Potatoes
Morcilla
DiAnnoia's

I’m surprised this place makes food this late (Eleven) places are closing so early these days it’s hard to get something after 8. Which sucks, because I like to eat later when traveling. I got the Ricotta Camarillo, Crispy Calamari, Beet Salad, and the entire cheese selection. Now to hope there will be a SVU marathon on tv to eat to.
My office holiday party was there last year and it was great. That same restaurant group also owns Kaya down the street, which is equally fantastic. Depending on your threshold for walking, walking through the Strip (Penn Ave) tomorrow is a big thing, tons of restaurants/bakeries/shops/merchants.

Thanks for the tip - that actually is good to know. I’ll keep that in consideration vs Museum of Natural History
The Carnegie Museums and Phipps are all right next to one another, so they can easily be done together in a day.

Pittsburgh Zoo was a lot of fun. I knew I was getting a limited experience but I still saw a bunch and some good close up animals and got some good videos like a tiger pissing and monkey fights. The Polar Bear is SUCH a good boy like seriously.
If you want other good spots to check out look at:
Andy Warhol Museum
Mattress Factory
Randyland
Carnegie Museum of Natural History
Carnegie Museum of Art
Phipps Conservatory
I know you mentioned wanting to go to the Science Center...That wouldn't be the worst idea, but just know that the exhibits tend to be especially kid-focused. An adult without any nostalgia for it may not be as enthused. Just my two cents though!

Glad to hear it’s solid, as it’s expensive! I don’t mind, as long as it’s actually good so yay.
Well, my stomach will hate me, but I was thinking maybe one of the nights I should have one of your famous pizzas if there is somewhere that would deliver to this district!
Ok you want to look at any of the following:
Badamo's (Federal St)
Pizza Lupo
Driftwood Oven
Pizzaria Davide
I think most of them deliver through one service or another, but I couldn't tell you which ones. Badamo's and Lupo are the best, Driftwood is a respectable third, and Davide is great too but is a more distant fourth.

Hm none are delivering here :P At least at this hour. I might just order at this fancy place nearby called “Eleven” and take it up - They have a cheese place and pasta
If you think Gaucho is worth eating in at I could do that tomorrow though!
Oh yeah, Eleven is the real deal. Gaucho is definitely worth eating at though. Lmk what else you’d be interested in hearing more of. -
I could make a billion recommendations beyond that for any whim or wish

Downtown Pittsburg around the “Strip District” Around 10th and Pennish
Yeah, not really gonna find any good BBQ around there lol. Some general recs that are within decent delivery/takeout distance (not sure what is or isn’t on any service):Gaucho - Argentine; steaks, empanadas, etc.
Nicky’s Thai Kitchen - Great Thai food, they aren’t scared of making it hot either if you are feeling that
El Burro - Cali-style burritos, tacos, and so on
Bird on the Run - Fried chicken sammies, strips, etc.
Chinatown Inn - Good Chinese takeout, great egg rolls

@Chris- any doordash recc? Bbq place maybe? I don’t feel like pizza or burgers again
What area are you staying in? -
I used to live close enough to the zoo that I could hear the sea lions on my back porch.

It's important to note that practically all of these things are probably well within the constraints of existing statutory authority and won't require further legislative action.
Sure, they'll end up in front of SCOTUS, but I think we all know how well that will go.
Stephen Miller legal acumen amounted to nothing when he had his first opportunity, I see no reason to believe he'd be any better on his second attempt.

Yes, but even without a foreign element it is still dumb enough to prosecute!
-
The only people who should be prosecuted are those with security clearances, because that represents an actual threat to national security.

I have not! Is that a thing I should try? Last night it got late by the time I got in the room so i ate at this gas station that also has surprisingly decent food called “Sheetz”. I appreciated I was able to get a hot dog (with kraut!), burger, and italian sandwich and it was all quite solid.
It's about as close to a local specialty as you can get; they're pretty good. Sheetz is also perfect for late-night eats, so good call there.

Have you had any pepperoni rolls yet?

With the Democrats retaining the VA Senate and at least tying the VA House of Delegates, I'd say the $1,000 in campaign contributions I made to the VA Democratic Party was money well spent!
I can only imagine what the inbox for that email looks like.

I truly think millennials are in the sweet spot between tech savviness and skepticism...Savvy enough to utilize the platforms efficiently, but wary enough of the internet to be skeptical of anything on it.
