It works but it's not Valve's focus. They only care about SteamOS. You are hoping AMD makes a driver update for a device that is designed for SteamOS. If this sells well ASUS will want to be on AMD about driver updates.

I want to get a 2023 Zen 4 RDNA 3 and lovelace/RDNA3 discrete Flow x13 it includes even a larger battery then the current model complete and total W of an upgradr if you ask me. However if I have the Best Buy gift cards for it I will yolo on an Ally 512GB to 1TB. I hope they are using liquid metal instead of paste or pads. 

I am still at the Jesus can some capitalist just make me a tablet Flow X13 with integrated controls.

This answers my question of what would ASUS do to make a handheld PC. I have seen and liked the various kickstarters and indiegogo from Chinese start ups. 

Like I love my ASUS 2 in 1 gaming laptops so I figured they'd make a bad ass handheld PC. Plus if the August release date is true I went back to work and Asus is tight with Best Buy and I can get Best Buy Gift cards from work. So I could get it for "free".

I will yolo for 512MB? Like I guess drives would eventually get cheaper then a 250 dollar difference. I also find a thin and light more to my preference anyway.

My concern of this line of thinking is that 2016 should have been a Clinton clean sweep. The folly of success is it makes you think what was good enough for today. Will be good enough for tomorrow. Like Trump fucked up a pandemic and he lost because of that. If he legit like cut 1 or 2 more stimulus checks he'd probably have won handily. He was ultimately just surrounded by people to obsessed with being Republicans to see how easy of a W that is and taking it.

He is probably gonna have to run again. The closest thing to a star the dems had is Bernie and they don't want any of that. 

His in theory successor would be Kamala but they basically sunk her by always using her for the stuff they want to say but don't want it to negatively impact Biden. I legit feel bad about her "Do Not Come." speech. Tone deaf speech. I almost have to believe she was given those lines to not think she is a terrible human being.

You shouldn't listen to the haters. Most of the complaints I see for these devices are SteamOS is better. Which is true but it's not a big deal in practice. I didn't need to fight with SteamOS to get emulators running when I first got mine. The other issue is price and while I am wearing a hammer and sickle icon. I do understand the concept of cash money so I'm interested to see how much they charge. Like if it's an off the shelf product and doesn't need special drivers and it just works with existing AMD driver releases then fuck it. That's literally the main disadvantage of the steam deck in Windows. Remember that AMD driver with improved OpenGL performance. The Deck didn't get that change in Windows until I think the most recent driver update or like a late 2022 driver release. Not ideal.

I kinda wish like Peacock broke up WWE programming into eras so you could like watch it all. I probably wouldn't rewatch the attitude era. Memorable matches maybe but I do feel I missed out not watching the post attitude stuff. It could have been better but I get not wanting to buy out the guarenteed contract guys.

The consoles by virtues of APUs punch above their weight. Sharing overall system memory and it being faster GDDR6 would improve GPU/CPU communication. I wonder what are the limitations. I'd drop up to 2k for like it needs either an AIO or water cooling system monster like Zen 8/RDNA qhatever APU. Pay for a high end mobo for OCing and would buy GDDR whatever if it was like flat out faster then our current seperate gpu/cpu set up. 

I could be even persuaded to do 3k+ for such a desktop/laptop APU. Has to be faster then the current set up and directstorage may render the difference meaningless due to PCIe whatever speeds but we probably are gonna hit a wall with silicon might as well YOLO while we wait for something better.

If you play Triple A games and it's a current gen only game without direct storage. This is ultimately a console has direct storage and a PC doesn't unless the game supports Directstorage and the PC has a Nvme drive.

Don't have proof of this per say but high RAM, CPU, and large VRAm utilization implies alot of data flowing around and an APU wouldn't have that since the GPU/CPU are on the same die sharing the main system memory. So the game addresses that discrpency by using RAM, cores, and VRAM to keep all the needed data for a level for example in memory.

Who is going to want to be President if you probably commit crimes by virtue of being the President?

Smallish differences in price could just be a sales tactic. Get you in the door for milk and eggs but you buy other stuff you don't need but want.
