I feel like if the guy would have just left it with "We are sorry for your loss, but there are no refunds" this wouldn't have gained even more attention then it already did. Instead the guy just goes balls to the wall. https://web.archive.org/web/20200523210610/https://www.justinmontneywedding.com/ Several posts on the company facebook, made a website under the dudes name, and just went on the attack. I assume it was done to try and save face because his company was getting neg bombed on just about every site, but there are better avenues to choose from.
