I think he meant that that fight scene had no... visceral impact in that it felt like two weightless cartoons fighting each other on screen and I agree. The MoS fight is MUCH better done than the one in Matrix revolutions although I do think that you don't get to that fight in MoS without the inspiration from Matrix Revs. I know that Neo's flying in those movies was using a template that they developed for the unproduced Superman movies from the 90's and the producers have said as much.
