Sometimes I wish it wouldn't do so much alternate reality / timeline stuff and be more typical Trek, but I'm willing to go for whatever ride as long as they do it well. elbobo Posted October 8, 2019 Share Posted October 8, 2019 I think jumping so far into the future could be a big benefit for the show, they don't have to worry about trying to squeeze their stories into established canon anymore since we know nothing about this time period they have essentially a blank canvas on which to work.
