Commissar SFLUFAN Posted June 5, 2019 Share Posted June 5, 2019 Xbox Gamertags may take on a more 'Discord-like' format soon, possible info coming at E3 2019 Discord uses a hashed username system allowing users to have any username they choose, although duplicate names will come with a # number at the end. That is the system if you send a friend request only "follows" the person and the person who you want to be friends with might not even realize it and they won't "accept" a friend request.
