Posted February 29 Share Posted February 29 Wasserman called it mild, not extremely mild, which is a better descriptor for one that gives Dems 17 safe seats and 3 competitive ones when they currently hold 16 (meaning +4 is within reach). Considering what happened when they tried to do a huge gerrymander, it's probably the best way to go. Commissar SFLUFAN Posted February 29 Share Posted February 29 While it's not nearly as aggressive as many Democrats hoped it would be, I could almost see the value in locking-in a "mild" gerrymander that's largely litigation-proof ahead of November, even with a relatively "friendly" court.
