Parts all arrived today, my nephew is going to build it this weekend for me (alternative is my aide's bf). Should I update the BIOS?

Yea, update the BIOS immediately.

Also, if you can get Cyberpunk or Alan Wake II for cheap, they’re both great games and great tech demos for your new PC with path tracing enabled.

That's through a flash drive, right?

Correct. You can do it via a usb flash drive by downloading the latest one from MSI’s website. I haven’t used an MSI motherboard in awhile so I’m not sure if they offer it, but some manufacturers also have a built-in “live BIOS update” app within the BIOS itself that will connect to the internet and download the newest BIOS automatically.

Built, it works. One issue is the AIO doesn't connect to iCue, it comes up as a USB device error.

Where is the device error showing up (iCue?)?  Is the USB cable from the CPU block/LCD screen plugged in? Are all of the plugs in your USB2 motherboard headers?
