It was mostly a bunch of buffs and nerfs (more nerfs than buffs) to characters. 10 Characters didn't get any buffs or nerfs. Version 3.9.13 launched on August 16th, 2018, and in the five years since then, a ton of you have continued to play Killer Instinct… They are consolidating all the versions into one version that will be $30 and the Steam version will have a free to play version like the Xbox and PC. Due to some ancient limitations to matchmaking or whatever the Steam version does not have ranked crossplay with the other versions so the Xbox or Windows Store versions are still the preferred way to play.
