Guest
It’s been a while since I read about this, but apparently most of the people who get degrees from these fake places and end up passing the licensing exams were nurses (or even doctors) in other countries, but needed a degree from a school here to take the licensing test. Obviously not all, some just did enough studying to pass the test but haven’t actually been properly educated.
