We get the usual Christmas special yes. but i dont think we are getting two shows. it was just left open to have somebody back most likely. Apparently RTD has been hinting at the possibility of multiple shows in interviews, but that's the extent of what we know right now. Maybe it would be an occasional David Tennant special instead of an entire second show? Although the ending seemed to suggest no more adventuring for Tennant Doctor. What does seem likely is a lot of people are convinced the bi-generation thing was because Gatwa Doctor got pulled forward from the future, and that that would mean that there might be at least one more Tennant appearance where he regenerates and gets sent to when Gatwa showed up this episode.
