It ends with a diary entry of a holocaust victim that completely broke my heart and made me lose my faith in humantiy: The second is a breakdown of the film "It's a Wonderful Life" that describes how integrity and doing the right thing makes everything better: I don't know whether I'm just emotional right now for other reasons, but hot shit have my tear ducts been active today. I think it's the dichotomy of watching something about the horrible things we can do each other, then watching something about how good we can be do each other, and how much better that makes the world, when we don't give into despair.
