I think people forget that a lot of people just don't give a shit about movies. I know people who barely bother with films generally speaking.

We care, of course, because we're fans of the product. Some of the biggest fans anywhere, in all likelihood. We are not representative of the general public. I know I often forget with how much I know about things like politics and movies that most adults just don't care and have more immediate or social concerns to think about than this stuff. @Kal-El814 post is right on the money.

People are stupid. They don't know who the Axis powers were during WWII. They don't know which albums their favorite songs come from. Their favorite movie might be a Quentin Tarantino film and they may never even choose to bother with the rest of his films, even though they may like those films even more. Adults are really fucking dumb. The lack of intellectual curiosity that most people lack is mind boggling. I know people who don't even have any hobbies or interests. They just float through life, just killing time until they die, not know it's their lack of being pro-active in their own lives that makes their lives so boring, dreary, grey, and miserable.

Those people watch Infinity War and probably think that the X-Men and Deadpool movies are part of the MCU and wonder why they haven't been in the cross over movies yet, but never bother to do a quick google search to find out the truth.

Lol wow what a super elitist and pretentious post

uhhh, what point was he making.  Who cares?  is that it.  Not sure what you're getting at.  Also, chill... the trump thing was a joke

EDIT: Also the Trump reference is relevant because it seems like anyone who cares about anything is supposed to be vilified and that they are the problem.  It's like reverse psychology

So was the Trump thing a joke or not? You seem unsure haha.

Also overly defensive for some reason.

Like you get that YOU attacked Biggie and belittle what he likes right? You do get that?

Sorry to keep doggin Biggie but I love how Someone open minded to make changes in their lifestyle to better the environment, the world around them and perhaps improve their health is brainwashed, while the boob who questions nothing, follows the status quo shoveling meat burgers down his gullet and sippin on high-fructose corn syrup and actively attacks anyone trying to make changes is not.

    Trumps America folks :silly:

I think you missed the point he was making. And people have been responding aggrssively to vegetarians since way before Trump so chill with the Trumps America stuff. He may have brought about a lot of other horrible behaviors but that one was here already.

That isn’t what was being argued. The point being made was that many people don’t know that Infinity War is really a two-parter, not that there won’t be more movies. And more over, that a significant number of people just don’t think about this stuff until the marketing for the next film begins.

But if you don’t know that Infinity War is a two parter, even after it’s over. And you don’t think about what’s coming until the marketing for the next movie starts. Even if you assume there’s more Marvel movies coming. Then wouldn’t logic dictate that those people would think the events of Infinity War are permanent and that whatever new movies are coming won’t feature anyone who “died” in Infinity War?

  5. Is it just me or does this really really look like what Too Human was ORIGINALLY supposed to be? At least the very little I remember from the magazine articles at the time.

Also I think the combat looks fun enough just like Witcher 3. But it’s not like the combat has been the strong suit of any of the Witcher games. It was always good enough. The world and the stories were what set it above everything else. Witcher 3 didn’t really do anything to reinvent open world action RPGs. It just kinda perfected them. I’m lookong at Cyberpunk the same way. I don’t think it’ll reinvent the genre, but I think it’ll be one of the best we’ve seen.

Also, Nintendo is probably one of the least consumer-friendly companies out there, so this all just comes off as the personal feelings of Miyamoto and not the true intentions of the company itself.

Well I mean yeah. Otherwise it would say that Nintendo said those things. Miyamoto is a big enough icon in the industry I think everyone knows he speaks for himself and not for Nintendo or what Nintendo would want him to say.
