I was an avid runner. I always had pain in my feet but i chalked it up to having flat feet. So I just dealt with it. Usually the first mile of my run my feet would  kill me then they would eventually loosen up and get better. I never really knew what the issue was. Well, last summer just before July 4th I was out on a 6 mile run and  around the 1/2 way point.... the pain instantly appeared in my left foot 100 times worse than it ever had. I was with people so I kept going and tried to push through. Then about 1/4 later my right foot did the same thing. I wound up limping back. I figured Id take a week off running to see what happens. Week later, go out and I dont make it 300' before the pain comes and stops me dead in my tracks. I get home and jump on google...and figure out I have plantar facscitis. 

Long story short... over a year later - havent ran since. been to the podiatrist. cortizone shots in my arches, foot rollers, etc. even did about 2 months of rehab...NOTHING WORKS!  Getting out of bed and stepping down feels like stepping onto razors. MY calves are locked up. and I have to hobble to the bathroom.  Takes a good hour before I can walk normal but I basically walk on my toes all day to not put pressue on my heels. fucking blows.

what?? Thats crazy talk. I pretty much exclusively played conquest until I really gave operations a try and now I wont go back. 

I absolutely love the flow of operations. It fixes the thing I hated about conquest (aimless wandering around the map back and forth) while still feeling like conquest. 

I find that operations forces me to play every class depending on the situation. In conquest you just play the class you want and roll with it.

listen to this man. headphones are absolute must when playing this game. 

If youre using the TV speakers or a soundbar, you are missing 3/4 of what this game is about. I think even if you had a high-end surround system, unless fully dolby atmos, you would still be missing out.

To me, the guy very clearly knocked him to the ground and did not persist. he in fact, started to back up. If the guy advanced  after he had already pushed him and he pulled the gun and he continued, then the shot wouldve been justified. that would actually be standing your ground. 

on the flip side of this, should the guy have allowed the old man to continue to harass his girlfriend and children? If he got in the guys face and told him to back off and didnt, would the shove have been more warranted? would that same retaliation still be justified? 

what if the woman had a gun and after the old man shot her boyfriend, she shot the old man...because she feared he was going to turn the gun on her and she was standing her ground? 

Do you see why this law is fucking stupid? it literally can be interpreted in any fashion and it can be justified. 

am I not seeing the whole comic strip? looks like it ends with Kratos smashing a tree down?

And my Rock Crawler. 1985 Toyota Pickup (Hilux). Sadly, I blew it up wheeling a few years a go and its been sitting dead on the side of my house. I hate working on cars, so I have been unmotivated to fix it. Thinking of selling it but I really dont want to. 

Over 16 years in my industry/job and I have to say its pretty satisfying. It can be stressful but I have a lot of perks that make it all worthwhile (other than the money)....and I say this as I type from my laptop, sitting in my PJs because I decided  at 6:30am I didn't feel like going into my office today.

shortly after that post, it clicked for me. I just suck using scoped snipers in this game. I switched over to an infanty sniper with iron sights and turned it around. I then unlocked the Martini-Henry and have been wrecking with that gun while PTFO!  And Operations is now my new favorite mode in BF1. its so good. 

more Battlefield 1. trying to get all classes above level 10. I suck at sniping in this game. 

I believe these are going to be the season 7 episodes that were never officially released.

those are actually pretty significant upgrades that may warrant a purchase. would be cool if they had a trade-up program for people with the elite 1.0 controller.

Shipyard from Maine releases Pumpkinhead which is now mass-produced and available basically everywhere. Prior to that happening when it was brewed and bottled on a small scale it was actually really fucking good. It use to sell out instantly around me. People would get on line for it like some IPA can release. Now its in every supermarket and 7-11s and just does not taste the same anymore. 

They do have another one called Smashed Pumpkin, which is still brewed in small batches and is really good. Other than that, the only "Fall" beer I like is Southern Tier Warlock. All the rest are pretty much garbage.

Very tough to find that in NY. When I have seen it its like $30+ for one bottle.

I played a ton of BF1 on PC. I stopped playing just before the first expansion was released. I picked it up again for my X1X on a sale for $15 w/ all DLC and have been playing nonstop. They made some amazing changes to the game and added absolute ton of maps, which are extremely fun. The game feels way more balanced now and I find myself switching between all 4 classes regularly. 

Im really excited for BFV.
