From what I gather they could tweak it and make it worse, people think it's unlikely though.  The GOP in this state got a bit of a slap tonight after the one in August, I can't see them wanting to continue poking at the Ohio electorate.

Abortion rights and recreational marijuana are both on the Ohio ballot today.
