Bad:

Had a chicken sandwich with bacon and mayo for dinner (gotta eat the mother and the young)

Killed a stinkbug (insects have the same right to live as chickens, right?)

Good:

Put my cat on a low protein renal diet  that has more filler -- and thus less meat   - but will help him live longer (this might be bad, because I am trying to extend the life of a carnivore)

I would avoid Pyre -- I bounced off of it about 1/3 of the way through due to way-to-easy gameplay, and a tedious story.  Transistor and Bastion are awesome though.

My kids have already bought Halloween costumes (or two of them have) -- my 8 year old will be Master Chief and my 2 year old will be Wonder Woman.

Our town gets crazy decorated -- and multiple thousands of kids descend on the houses surrounding the downtown.  It's almost as busy as a town fair...

We shared one chicken among the five of us for dinner.

While the first game was the favourite of the series, it would be nice if they put out an anthology of R-Type, R-Type II, R-Type III, R-Type Delta and R-Type Final.

My favourite time of year is seeing how wrong everyone is about many teams...  At this point last year, according to ESPN Power Rankings:

Bills (9-7), Rams (11-5) and Jaguars (10-6) were rated 26, 27 and 28.

Super Bowl Champion Eagles were rated 15.

Seahawks (9-7), Packers (7-9), Cowboys (9-7), Raiders (6-10), Broncos (5-11), Cardinals (8-8) and Giants (3-13) were rated 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11.

They had the Jets (5-11) and 49ers (6-10) ranked below the Browns (0-16).

I love watching that dark horse that everyone thought would suck, make the playoffs while the media darling come in at 4-12.  Only in the NFL!

On a side note, the FDA is currently investigating whether soy/almond "milks" can continue to call themselves "milk", or whether that is an inappropriate term.

I typically refer to "Soy Milk" as "Soy Emulsion".

My kids eat/drink soy milk because of dairy allergies.

I eat meat and wear leather shoes and feel no guilt.

Let's wait for benchmarks -- listening to the rumours always has AMD being next big thing.  Let's wait until they actually put something in the market out that has benchmarks.

We don't even know how the already announced NVidia cards actually perform, let alone some unannounced AMD card.

And it will be interesting to see what looks better for gaming -- a 1080p ray traced image, or a 4k traditionally rendered image.  I have no idea who is going in "the right" direction.

And +1 to @Reputator 's point -- no consumer card is going to have 32GB of HBM2.

I'm all for better writing in cut scenes.  However, most of the best games of all time make heavy use of cut scenes.  Mass Effect 2, Red Dead Redemption, Horizon, etc.

What I would get rid of is the story telling with poorly written text boxes with the "press A to continue" that are used by so many indie/Japanese developers.
