Yes, technically. I mean, he won’t be, but they could technically speed another impeachment trial and vote to remove.

He could resign so Pence could give him an ambiguous pardon for any crimes he committed while president. I don't think that will happen, but it's possible. Also, president Pence sounds terrifying.

I suspect what happened was that Trump's surrogates brought back the old threats from the 2016 primaries of running a third party campaign in 2024. A Trump will either be the Republican nominee, or they will destroy the party with a split vote.

If Mitch and his buddies think they are going to get away just by giving him the cold shoulder that isn't going to happen. I don't think Trump and his family are going to release their hold on the party that easily.

The GOP needs to go through the painful, bloody process of ripping the parasite off them now while they are at their weakest or Trump and his spawn will own the party for the next 30 years.

Judging by mitch's press conference yesterday, he is fully prepared to abandon Trump

And look at all those masks! If this were the Midwest or the South . . .

It's been fun being in Philly this week. Almost everyone here is ready to boot this motherfucker out. Birthplace of the country is here, what'd Trump think was gonna happen? We running this motherfucker OUT.

Honestly, I've been telling people that's what Portland protests are like for the most part. It's pretty much a party until the tear gas comes out. Which is basically at 11pm on the dot, so most people scram before then.

I’m sure there is some mathematical formula I’m not privy to, but over the last 72 hours, every single vote update has been in Biden’s favor for PA and GA. He’s chipped away at the lead in every update. And there’s still ballots out there.

    It’s time to call them.

It might come down to shit like military votes in Georgia, which might favor Trump. Then again, I know people in the military who are very anti-trump. Then again, military FROM GEORGIA.... probably Trump.

Things like the festering Portland shitshow and CHAZ in Seattle definitely didn't help Biden, that's for sure.

I can't speak for Seattle, but I'm tired of the media coverage about Portland. There's like 4 square blocks downtown that have been vandalized (and most stop signs, but those are just funny), but the only people that have made anything dangerous are police. If you go to a protest, you have people handing out snacks and water, people (during the day) bring their kids, it's not some hellscape. The media just portrays it as "PORTLAND IS BURNING!" It's not. I live and work here every day.

I think Siez brought most of the CEB here? I told @Greatoneshere about the place, so I'm basically the MVP even if his return was overshadowed by the @Fizzzzle

You just don't have enough pizzazz, honey

Nothing and no one preempted my return. I just had a "where's somewhere I can spew verbal vomit from my mouth" thought and the "DIP!!!!!" thought entered my mind.

So what happened to having to count all the votes taking days, or possibly weeks? Seems like, at least from what I'm gathering in this thread from skimming the posts, is that by tomorrow we'll know whether or not Biden has won. Is it just that the remaining votes in the states that have already been called are not enough to swing the outcome either way, and it's just about finding the final numbers?

I'm still not liking how close this election was, and fear what the Republicans are going to do to try and steal it.

Most states that haven't reported full numbers yet are decidedly blue. Like New Jersey, Maryland, Washington, and California. The red states are all pretty much counted.
