Like I said, I was unable to fix it because I had no way of knowing what the problem was given what my browser was doing. I did in fact just try to add a mute attribute to it now that I'm aware of what the problem post is but it didn't work, I'd put more effort into it if it wasn't now largely moot by being on the previous page. Next time it happens if I'm aware of which specific post is the problem in time I can put more effort into fixing it.
