U.S. District Court Judge Sharon Gleason in a decision late Friday threw out Trump’s executive order that overturned the bans that comprised a key part of Obama’s environmental legacy. It is the continental shelf act that became law after Truman talked about it in the late 40s. It has never been tested all the way to the Supreme Court.
