Remarkableriots
I think they made a mistake at Best Buy and gave me the wrong laptop, or something weird happened. Or maybe I'm just wrong, so I'm asking you guys. I got this new laptop from my aunt, uncle, and mom for my birthday gift. I don't believe it has the right GPU. This is making me confused because I can't find the one on the Best Buy website with what the system info says. It even has the GeForce RTX sticker. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/asus-rog-zephyrus-g14-14-165hz-gaming-laptop-qhd-amd-ryzen-9-with-8gb-memory-nvidia-geforce-rtx-4060-512gb-ssd-moonlight-white/6535495.p?skuId=6535495 This is the laptop I was supposed to get unless I'm mistaken. The specs show on the laptop AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS w/Radeon 780M Graphics 4.00 GHz 16 GB RAM

Nokra
You can also verify that the expected GPU is present by going into the Device Manager by right-clicking on the Start menu and selecting "Device Manager". Expand the category called "Display Adapters" and you should see your 4060 listed in there. 1
