I would say if a device isn't experiencing any stick drift, you're probably better off not worrying about it. I would definitely get some to replace the absolute shit-tier sticks in the joy-cons, but my Deck's been solid so far. If I started getting drift, though, I'd absolutely get Hall replacements.
