The 23-second video shows a visibly frustrated Cruz speaking with two representatives at the United Airlines check-in desk. That's the same Rafael Cruz who said that stewardesses and pilots randomly come up and hug him for being such a hero about letting people spread a deadly disease in a tightly compressed space where they're all using the same air circulation system.
