Would you rather have a Devil Fruit ability or a Stand ability?

Stands are pretty cool. I'd probably go with that.

As someone how can't stand JoJo (because of the fans) I would need to know how powerful Stands really are. Devil Fruits have a weakness in that you can't be submerged in water.  And while there are a very wide range of Devil Fruits, Haki also exists which is also kind of a mental power and Haki can let non Fruit-eaters fight against people who have consumed a Devil Fruit. So, with Stands being something of a psychic energy, do they automatically counter Devil Fruit?
