More great news. Apparently because the constitution doesn't specifically state that the federal government can regulate the environment, the 10th amendment would give that power to the states? So fucked that a country as powerful as the US is operating off a hand-written document created by slave-holders on the back of a napkin.

There's other ways to regulate carbon output and reduce emissions but some of them are constitutionally similar so who knows!
