The Dishonored games were great—not perfect by any means, but very much the kind of thing I'd love to see more of. Sadly, that's not going to happen anytime soon, and may not happen at all, as Arkane lead designer Ricardo Bare told VG247that the series may or may not be back.

I loved Dishonored and Dishonored 2. This is such a disappointment. They built a really cool world and I wanted to explore it more, but the sales just weren’t there.

First game ran like a goddamn dream.

Second one ran like shit.

I have no problem with this. I hate regression.

Second one may have been great, but its performance was so bad I never bothered to find out. I've got plenty of games to where I don't need to sit down and fuck with one for hours to get it running semi-acceptably anymore.

I want Bethesda to get them involved in the next Elder Scrolls game.

Arkane is one of my favorite dev teams as I feel like they have been one of the few to get first person sword combat right even back in the Arx Fatalis days,  While Skyrim also suffered from a lack of interesting writing in the stories compared to earlier ES games, they really could use more fluid combat and Arkane would work wonders there.
