And, yes, if that document is even remotely close to the truth of what actually happened, then it's a carbon-copy of EVERY American/Russian summit. The best way to spread some chaos and to drive the intel people absolutely nuts would be to not tell them what the agenda was and then have there be really and truly nothing special for them to find out.
