Spent the weekend watching every Planet of the Apes movie

Fantasy fans may want to check out The Silverblood Promise. Just came out earlier this week. I enjoyed the hell out of it.

So, is this a horror-comedy like Ready or Not, or does it lean more towards horror with jump scares and what-not? The genres for it seem to list “horror-thriller” but the impressions seem to suggest comedy
There is definitely some humor, though not quite as much as Ready or Not.

It was definitely a lot of fun and I appreciated the Majors and Thomas cameos. And yet this is another movie where they put stuff in the trailer that doesn't end up being in the actual movie.

I guess I'm the only person on here that is ok with 30fps. My eyes aren't trained to see anything better so it's never a big deal.
I won't bother me tremendously but the gamecube ran at 60 fps. That's a console from 3 generations ago!!!

Trailer malarkey aside, this flick is SO MUCH FUN! Every second there's laughs to be had and gore to be bathed in. Everyone nailed their parts and I truly am going to rewatch this hundreds of times to come. Go see this and have a blast!!
you aren't kidding about the gore, everyone gets bathed in blood. But you have to agree it would have been cooler not knowing about the little girl right from the start

It’s a bad movie but a blast in 3D. They did some great pop outs and screen breaks that really played out well. Plus it’s worth at least seeing Hemsworth be the funniest thing in the movie. Hope we get him into more comedy movies one dayyou thought he was funny? Nothing about his character or performance was even remotely amusing

It was weird how the bookstore went from being attacked, to hearing “they were in the hospital”, to the dad and daughter just being fine at the end.
not completely fine...the father had an arm in a sling
