Yes but a cow isn't the problem you may think it is.
Cow burps are a major contributor to climate change — can scientists change that?
WWW.PBS.ORGLivestock production—primarily cows—produce 14.5 percent of global greenhouse gas emissions. The majority of that is in the form of methane, a potent greenhouse gas that is a natural byproduct of how some livestock process food. But as Christopher Booker reports, scientists are hoping that small tweaks in what cows eat can dramatically reduce a big source of climate emissions. -

Never liked it. I think I was just old enough by a few years to not care and I won't watch this.
But I'm happy for the actors. Must be fun to come back to!
I wish more people had this attitude, instead of 'THIS WASN'T MADE FOR ME SO IT'S BAD!'

His response was one huge walking red flag to me. It's almost so on the nose it feels like an Onion Twitter response from 'Completely guilty person that declares innocence immediately after the court case is dropped'.
Vengeful tone, talks of being 'canceled', the 'embittered ex' feels like he knew he couldn't openly call her a 'bitch', lack of acknowledgment that this isn't about just one, lack of remorse/acknowledgement for how these events might have affected those close to him(Whether professionally or personally), the list goes on.
Mess up the grammar a bit, spell a few things wrong, and this would be indistinguishable from a tweet from a certain former president declaring himself innocent after charges had been dropped. If he had a chance to endear me to him, and truly make me feel like perhaps this was all smoke blown at us, he absolutely blew it. At minimum this feels like it only reinforced the other claims of workplace harassment and entitlement.

“While the individual man is an insoluble puzzle, in the aggregate he becomes a mathematical certainty. You can, for example, never foretell what any one man will do, but you can say with precision what an average number will be up to. Individuals vary, but the percentages remain constant”

Oh, there is certainly also a segment of the population that stakes their entire social lives on interoffice relationships. Look, I get it. I'm 100% remote and have like 99% custody of my three kids. I don't exactly get out much these days. For people that don't have kids and live alone, I'm sure they probably feel lonely. Just don't push that out me who is perfectly happy not commuting. I used to spend 3 hours a day just getting back and forth to work. I don't need that anymore.
To be clear, I'm right there with you. Even from just a purely pragmatic standpoint, I don't think it makes sense. There's people like yourself that simply don't want to go back once tasting freedom, there's people still rightfully afraid of Covid, and there's a whole pool of talent you can bring in that lives further than a 20-minute commute to your location(Whether we're talking speakers, employees, donors, whatever). I bang my head against the wall daily over people wanting to return to worse conditions as a means of coping with their trauma.

Property. We're playing and have paid for all this stuff and if these properties go unused, we'll lose our investment in all this land.
It's more than that, from what I've seen. I mean, you're correct from the landowners' perspective and don't take this as me disputing what you said. But even average joe people have pushed hard to get rid of Zoom in my circle. Down to groups of people/clubs/organizations that met once a month at restaurants. People want to not only return to physical buildings but toss out even hybrid connections like they were on fire.
Which I think comes down more to them not wanting to face their trauma of early pandemic days, and instead bury any remnants that remind them of it in the ground in order to pretend it never existed.
But when you scale up to the level of landowners and corporations, then yeah, 100% it's to not lose that sweet precious investment.

I'm surprised that the grand jury has to meet at a specific location. Just set up a zoom meeting!
The fight to return absolutely every facet of life back to 2019 is real. I know a lot of organizations that are insisting on trying to return to 100% in-person for things, even if it doesn't make sense to do so.

Exclusive: Trump 'hush money' grand jury called off for Wednesday, delaying possible indictment vote
WWW.BUSINESSINSIDER.COMGrand jurors weighing what could be the first-ever criminal case against a former president have been given the day off, law enforcement told Insider.Feels like this was the intention all along. Cause enough of a security scare to hold off proceedings. Aligns with 45's usual Courtroom strategy of kicking the can down the street long enough for everyone involved to give up.

For a guy who almost exclusively posts instagram photos from private jets with bags of money, kind of weird that he was alone working out in an LA Fitness with no security.
Then I read that he allegedly hired a 24-hour security team in LA back in 2018 and he never paid them a cent.
Kind of makes me think maaaaaybe he doesn't actually have it like that.
This is your friendly reminder that money stolen via wage theft is higher than all other types of theft combined.

The average consumer isn’t buying these cars right now, amigo!I know, it says so in the headline that sales of non-Tesla cars have significantly grown, not that they've been going crazy for years. Not to mention that @Keyser_Soze's comment was guessing about future sales, not current sales. I feel like we're having two different conversations.

My big thing was a was the blue ranger for Halloween in 1st grade. I wanted to be the green ranger, but allegedly the store only had blue. I also had the snes video game based on the movie.
I never got toys a whole lot as a kid. Having a video game console was my one toy.

I'm not going to link an article just cause I think it's pointless for a tiny quoted sentence, but apparently at one point a graphic novel was on the table. Snyder while discussing the possibility of completing his story through a graphic novel:
Quote“But I would really enjoy that if it was a possibility. There was a time we were gonna do that, and then there was a sort of change of desire, I guess.”

I mean, i’d prefer shitcanning to more Sequel Trilogy or Solo BS.
Imo, Solo was still a good movie that could have been better had they not half shitcanned it in the first place. If you'll recall it was really the first victim of this mentality from Disney, except it was too far into production so they fired the directors instead of shitcanning it.
Which did directly lead us to getting Into the Spider-verse, so I don't complain about it too much.

I'm happy the Double Down is back at KFC! I missed it dearly since it left the market like 5 years ago. Such a good concept!
I bought the double down the first day it came out, and reviewed it on the PCCB. I wish I still had that thread.

I know you didn't ask me, but I treated myself to an ice cream today and it slid off the cone and into the pavement as I walked towards my car. I don't think I'll recover.

Mexico arrested and executed it's first president.
That happens often in history. What then immediately happens is the new corrupt leaders get put into place and everyone pats themselves on that back for saving themselves from corruption.
See also: French revolution, Russian revolution, and to an extend the American revolution although King George was spared due to a tiny thing called the Atlantic Ocean.
Shit is as old as time.

What hot sauce do you like?

This is consistently available at Walmart, so has been a quick go-to staple. Also comes in an actual hot sauce bottle, if one isn't available then the other usually is. At work there's a bottle of Tapatio that only I ever touch. Not sure who bought it, but they're not around anymore.
