As the gaming world looks doomed to a quiet year in 2024, chip company AMD has highlighted a significant drop in demand.

I know ppl will argue with me but the PS5 and XboxX came out way too soon. Sony and Microsoft got greedy and hurt the market. They shouldn't even be out today. I think the right time for this gen was in two years from now. They're already taking about doing a new console in a few years and I don't think it's going to solve their problems. Consolidation, game pass, subscriptions, free to play, all this shit is killing the market. Now everyone is jumping on ai thinking that's gonna save development costs but they really need to look in the mirror on the executive and leadership side to see where the problem lies.
