If you don't have any season 2 characters I'd say get Akuma and maybe Menat. Season 3 characters are pretty good you'd probably want most of them (Sakura, Cody, Sagat, Blanka, etc)

That was a great top 8, anyone who didn't watch I'd say every match was worth watching. I'd say maybe not the second one since Taquito got beat pretty hard but it sets something up later.
