That would mean to me that he's up +7.
Yes, I'd prefer that, but we know turnout is high.

Doesn't this work both ways?
Telling people that they're radical, unpatriotic, un-American, care more about terrorists, care more about murderers, are dumber (as Trump said when he said he led in places that were more intelligent), idiotically not knowing what the word 'triggered' means and demeaning those in uniform or those with PTSD who come back and really do need trigger warnings, a fucking bitch, wusses if they were masks, that they're ready to die from COVID to restart the economy, implying men are really little girls for being progressive (which I always find funny coming from those who will melt down if a news story comes out quoting something Trump said because everything Trump says makes him look bad), that their cities suck, that small town America is real America, that voting for Trump means you love this country, that being gay is somehow wrong or weird, that a black man with a job is "one of the good ones," aren't great ways to get people to hear your viewpoints.
That's probably why people here are tired of being told to be nicer. Apparently, Republicans can win by demonizing over half the country. Many here have been demonized all their lives by many people with whom they must express sympathy and understanding.

But this is idiotic. There are people who suffer from mental illness who are anxious as they've ever been; this isn't the thread to argue about polls two days before the end of voting.

Dems will go from 92% of the black vote to 88% and the GOP will lecture them on how to better understand black voters.
Reminds me of something a friend of mine said earlier this summer. African-American, met him at the funeral of a good friend who died in 2016, and he posted something written in a way better than I could say.
"I say this with love. If there is racism in your heart, and you don't want the world to know you're racist. I promise you reposting content from Candace Owens, Brandon Tatum, etc. While praising them for their intelligence isn't the way to go. On behalf on all people who have even the smallest measure of discernment, I would like to say that its evident you gravitate toward them because they are black people who reinforce and validate a lot of racism and backwards thinking you hold on to. Just admit it. You'll feel better."

I don't trust the polls, I trust twitter accounts of black and brown conservatives who get boosted by the magasphere so I'm ready for the Trump Train
Hope he sticks around past election night so we can dissect the 100 things wrong with that one post.

Are these polls taking into account people who have already cast their vote?
Yup.

I'm not worried. I'm just neutral at this point.

I mean, are we all in a similar boat that it Pennsylvania and Florida are going to be the best early indicators?
- If Biden wins both, Trump has no path.
- If Trump wins both, Biden still has a path, although difficult.
- If they split, they both still have a path, but Biden with a significant head start.
This is how Biden wins w/o PA/FL

Waheeda and I had a great conversation because I detected a familiar accent and I asked where she was from originally and she said "South America". I then asked, "Are you from Guyana?" to which she replied "Yes, I am! How did you know?" and my reply was "I'm originally from Trinidad and I can spot a Guyanese accent a mile away!"
She's totally voting for Joe and she's about to pick up some friends at the airport who are flying in from their vacation in Vegas to vote.
Wow, she seems great.
