LOTS of LSD when I was a teenager... I had a reputation in the small town I grew up in and even heard some extremely exaggerated stories about me  I seen Star Wars Episode 1 and the first Dungeons and Dragons movie on 5 hits  It honestly made the bad acting stand out even more

Racism and Sexism are so deeply ingrained in our cultural psyche that many (most) are completely unaware of how easily perpetuated many misanthropic ideas and actions are in our daily lives.  And it isn't at all limited to those some might consider "the usual suspects" (those on the right); left-leaning individuals who believe themselves to be more equality-driven and fair-minded are every bit as prone to doing things which maintain the structural inequalities which mark the status quo.  I have to (reluctantly) consider myself part of that group, although I'd like to believe that I've evolved somewhat, based on what I've learned from the books above (and others like them).

Those books sound interesting I'll check if there are good audible versions

I'm 43 and have totally been into new technology. One thing I was very against though was Facebook... right from the start I was not keen on people using their real names online and it just didn't sit right with me (I was running a clan on MTGNews at the time and @Chairslinger was still active there). As someone who suffered a lot of bullying in school the anonymity the internet provides was a lot safer. I think history has proved me right on being Facebook resistant

You can add me to the list this is the type of game I am actually likely to play through. It's rare an AAA game holds my attention but Metroidvania's, Roguelike's, fighting games and games from Platinum, Vanillaware and other lower budget action games (Chorus, Metal Hellsinger, etc) oh and VR titles (REZ INFINITE BABY) are my bread and butter.

Xbox already had a major problem with a lack of exclusives and this absolutely doesn't help. Closing Tango is an especially grievous error they released a really high rated game and seem to have their shit together. Sure Arkane Austin made a terrible game but it seems like it was more due to bad leadership wanting their GAAS title and they deserved another chance under Microsoft leadership. Really closing down Tango is a big WTF? especially considering Microsoft has talked about expanding their presence in Japan.

I can mentally accept it but I also have family overseas that I take care of and you especially I want to pay back because I know you would use it to help someone else. There are friends I help out when I can that I expect nothing in return I just figured you would put it to good use.

I really wasn't feeling well yesterday so I skipped work  I played a bit of Chorus and wow I am really enjoying it! If you have any passing interest in space combat games (or weirdly in a way character action games) give it a try! I'm pretty sure there is still a demo of it available.

This issue got sorted!

I made my car payment yesterday thanks everyone! My stress levels are down and I'm able to eat normally again. My situation was actually a lot worse than I let on I'm just not feeling like talking about everything. I will be paying all of you back with interest out of my inheritance or sooner if my luck turns around  All of you are the best!

Thank you! So my landlord is going to let me skip out on some rent soon after their fuck up at least! My doctors appointment went pretty well I lost 7lbs  Not eating will do that lol. Prescription was only $33 but the pharmacy only had 1/4th of the pills i needed so I'm only down $11 from that today! I was able to eat a meal too!
