Has every road team won in the Divisional Round before?
Thanks for jinxing it, Biggie!
😂
Kansas City is good…dammit.

Right now it is six weeks until the Bills-Chiefs game on Sunday night. I personally love it because there is nothing better than watching my team while simultaneously thinking about all the work I have to do on Monday.
Saturday night NFL playoff football is elite.
Oh, and McCown?
I like the guy, I do. There is potential, but...
...McCown for Head Coach?

Bills vs KC is not going to be a low scoring affair.
elbobo, I heard someone say this morning that it is the first time in nfl history that two QBs are playing each other the week after they both threw for five tds.

@BuckFly watching his Bills last night
To keep it balanced and fair, Bill Belichick along with Tom Brady, have beaten the Buffalo Bills more times than any coach or qb have beaten any other team in NFL history.
An all time record that may never be broken, regardless of the fact that the three greatest losses in Bill Belichick’s head coaching career are:
September 7, 2003, to the Bills, 31-0 (31 points) (also Tom Brady’s worst lose)
January 15, 2022, Wild Card Playoffs to the Bills 47-17 (30 points)
December 28, 2020, Monday Night Football, to the Bills 38-9 (29 points)
I like to think I keep things in perspective. -

On December 6th, during the “tornado bowl” between Buffalo and New England in Orchard Park, with 13:23 left in the third quarter the Bills punted for the very last time in 2021-22 against the Pats. Almost 10 quarters.
The Bills 484 yards of offense against the Pats was the maximum amount of yards they could achieve during the game (other than kneel down) as they scored tds the entire field length of all their drives.
Bills were 6/7 on third down. The only third down they didn’t convert was when Mitch kneeled at the end of the game.
Aaron Schatz, Editor-in-Chief of Football Outsiders.
-
On the Bills’ 3rd possession of their December 26th game against New England they turned it over on downs.
Other than kneel downs or the end of a first half expiration of time it is the only drive they didn’t score against the Patriots in 2 games.
Over the two games they scored 11 tds and 2 field goals, turned it over on downs once, ended the first half once, and knelt to end the game twice.
They never punted in either game and never saw a 4th down in last night’s game.
Over the two games Josh Allen threw for 622 yards for 8 TDs and ran the ball for 127 yards.
…but the hardest one to wrap my head around is that the Bills surrendered the ball over to the Patriots only once in 2 games over 17 drives.
EDT: since December 26th, over 4 games, the Bills have punted twice.

2 out of the 3 AFC Pro Bowl QBs missed the playoffs.
So…they’ll be ready.

I could be wrong, but the Bills might be the first team in NFL history to have the number 1 defense in yards and the number defense in points and yet still have no one…nobody from that number 1 defense make the pro-bowl.
Respectfully, Keyser, go f*** yourself if you utter the word “alternate”.
😂😉✌️

in '93 they only played 16 games and 2001 was pretty much the same just lengthened because of 9/11
This season they actually play 17 games (which is the historically long part)
Duh…forgive my brain fart, Keyser. Posted without thinking again.

The nfl has had 18 week seasons before.
’93 and 2001.

A dome? A lose that home field advantage? You crazy.

UPDATED FORECAST for Sunday:
Snow during the morning will give way to lingering snow showers during the afternoon. Some mixed winterprecipitation possible. High 31F. Winds N at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of snow 80%. Snow accumulating 1 to 3 inches.
home field advantage now is a QB who can throw piss missiles, not the weather. As they are about to have 45 million dollars a year invested in him I’d like to capitalize his talents and make it a little more desirable for FAs to come play with him.

They have been a much better road team this year for sure. Don't think they will stand a chance against the Bills in those weather conditions.
At kickoff it should be 30 degrees, partly cloudy and little wind, likely under 15 mph.
You can laugh ha-ha as this is Buffalo, but besides the dome game the weather has been simply terrible all year, home and away.
The Bills have played one outdoor game this year (@ Miami) where the temperature was 50 degrees or over, no rain and wind less than 10 mph.
Even the Tampa game was a wet mess.
I want a dome so badly, but as they plan the new stadium that ship has likely sailed...for the next 20-30 years.

Falcons vs Bills Sunday @BuckFly
Biggie, is there anybody on the Falcons who doesn't have COVID?
I believe it is up to 12 right now.
Your Birds have been so hard to figure out this year. Dramatically outscored at times, but still right in it at 7-8. They are against the wall and I don't like facing teams in that position.

Reserve is essentially the starters because the real all stars aren't there because they are in the super bowl.
I wish the best to Herbert and Jackson on their Super Bowl endeavors!

He's not even a reserve?
Reserve is butkiss.I think 2 or 3 of our D1P’s Board members are “reserve” QB AFC Pro Bowl designees.
edit:
Lamar Jackson, pro bowl, 12 games: 18 total tds.
Josh Allen, non pro bowl, through HIS first 12 games this year, to be fair to Lamar: 29 total tds.
both records after 12 games: 7-5
and I really like Lamar and I am also just filling space here. It’s coming to playoff time and I just need something to get fired up about.

Career Regular Season TDs - Class of 2018Josh Allen (59 games): 131
Lamar Jackson (58 games): 105
Baker Mayfield (59 games): 95
Sam Darnold (48 games): 62
Josh Rosen (24 games): 12
131 tds second all time to Dan Marino (144) in the first four years with 2 games left (one game without the asterisk).
Still digging my Bills’ non-pro bowl QB.

I've never been so disappointed after a win.
Without Waller, the Raiders won't be able to beat a decent team. Even with him, they may not be able to.
I feel the same about any type of run without Tre White. My hopes sort of died when he went down.
However, there are three weeks left, you just won and you are in the middle of this right now, and just before Christmas.
Come on, A.S., walk back from the edge a bit and enjoy it while it lasts. If and when they are out and down then shave your head or something, but not now.

The AFC is going to be a delightful blood bath the last three weeks of the season.
I wouldn't call this parity (although it dresses like it - but this is just a weird season), but damn if this isn't going to be an exciting finish.
12 teams are competing for 7 spots and 9 of those teams are 8-6 or 7-7.

Bills starting Left Tackle Dion Dawkins, who had COIVD late in the summer, just tested positive...
...so...
...not great right now.
