  1. 3 wins in 12 days, all on the road and dealing with actual illness and snow conditions as well as injuries to where they couldn’t even have organized practices at times.  Last night was the first time in weeks Josh Allen did pregame warm ups/drills.

I’ll obviously take it even given the “falling contender” moniker the Bills have been branded with the last month or so.  They’ve earned their mini-break.

  2. Von Miller to IR.

Things just keep on getting better and better.

Even the large margin victories earlier this year, that are so very much in the Bills' rear view mirror, couldn't be enjoyed due to being invariably accompanied by losing 2-4 players injury.

Yes, my team is 8-3 and no Von wasn't playing tonight, but now he is out 4 weeks and all of this just can't keep happening.  Jeepers.

I'm happy for you @Slug and I was easier on your team than others. Riverboat Ron is competing with a dollar store roster. He should keep his job.

@Slug, I am doing a mea culpa in earnest to you, attesting to the error of my ways.  Keyser is just patting himself on the back for his own convenience...it is...awkward.   (jk)

    Speaking of awkward...;)

Biggie, you guys HAVE to win that division.  Come on now!  End Brady's career THAT way, as you should!

    Thanks Biggie.

It is what it is.  You lose.  Your QB potentially goes down.

Meh, try to focus on other things that I can control.

I was actually at the Hamburg fairgrounds and events center for Christmas shopping (yeah, tis early).  3 buildings, countless vendors and distributors.  I had fun.  By the time I caught up to the game it had the same vibe as J'Ville and MIami, so I just kept going with the family.

When I clicked back and it was 17-17 and they punted I bowed out.

In the off season I expressed my indifference or lack of zeal for Wentz.  Some around here like and respect his numbers, but other than his great season leading up to the Super Bowl victory by Thick **** Nick, I just don't have the feels for him.

That said...F' it, I would stay with Heinicke.  Really is anybody going to worry about bruising the ego or psyche of Wentz like he is some battle tested, grizzled veteran that has victory coursing through his veins.

    "." because it is rhetorical.

Bills are 31.9 PPG (1st in league).

Raiders are 27.2PPG (3rd in league), but 33.3 PPG over last 3.  (Including 32 on a Denver defence that hasn't given up more than 19 to anyone else).

The Raiders only have 3 of their 11 remaining games against teams with winning records (KC, LAC, Seahawks).  So the schedule doesn't look like the obstacle.

Seahawks and Chargers both struggle to defend the run, so the Raiders O seems to match up well against them.

When you're 2-4 a lot of things need to go right to make the playoffs -- if they do make it, I think they will probably need to win in the finale against the Chiefs.

Abs, you can’t say two nice things in a row about your team over the last few years without them turning around and ****ing you.  Honestly.

Sorry, brother.  They did you nasty.  Ridiculous.  That should have been a win.

Let's just say Bills, Ravens, Chiefs, and Titans to get them out of the way.

The other team in the division title mix right now being the Bengals, which should be included, just for the sake of argument, with the above.

That leaves two spots which are presently held by the Jets and Miami.  Miami's schedule, when I did a quick review, isn't that difficult and they are 4-0 with Tua who is back.  Seriously...I expect the Phins to finish 10-7 to even 12-5.

I respect everything (honestly) that the Jets have done, but I also expect them to either drop off or at least fall back.

I think that leaves them, and the Chargers and and Raiders vying for that last spot, at least as of now.

It is kind of the most exciting thing to watch in the AFC right now.

I am not aware of anyone in Raider Nation who predicted how the Raiders running game would look over the last 3 games.

The O-Line has been dominant in pass blocking, and boy has Josh Jacob stepped up his game.  If they continue to be this productive (and I don't see how this is possible), they could become the #1 offence in the NFL.

If only the defence hadn't regressed so much this year....

Referring to the Bills, just because they are currently in first in yards per game (440).  The Raiders are at 367 per, closer to averaging 400 yards more recently.

If they were to keep it up they would need to outgain the Bills by 40 yards every single game for the rest of the year.

Side note, biggest thing for the Raiders is that they have 4 very winnable games in row which would be a nice setup to put them in a playoff position.

Tough game after that in Seattle, but the December 4th game against the Chargers would be huge.

Tua before the game: I need to learn to take sacks and go down

Tua during the game: I give no fucks and lowers the shoulder while running down the field.

    Indeed.

Tua is undefeated in games he has started and finished this year.  Absolutely will give him that, too.  The illusion is not the Dolphins starting 3-0 or being 4-3.  It was the the three straight losses to 3-3.

I don't get trading that much for McCaffrey.  He's barely played the last two seasons due to injury, he's a running back, he's getting paid like he is elite, and it's not like he has been lighting the world on fire this season....

Abs, he is a nice piece when on a good team, but no, I just wouldn't give up that much for him.  Additionally that cap...oh man that cap.  This is not a 1 season rent a player because you are that close to a SB.  Also SF is already a team that gets the best out of its runners.  It's like if Amsterdam decided they needed to find someway to import pot.  A play maker, who is great on dump offs and a good runner, but if your team is good at drafting that is three important pieces you are giving up in 2023.

Biggie...bibles of truth in that one comment.  Something special in the water out there in Firebaugh, CA.

Maybe she is not everybody's cup of tea, but she is most certainly a smoke show.

The talk was the leap, but the opening juke on the CB was something special.  Congrats to the only starting qb in the NFL to beat Mahomes twice in KC, and to have three straight games against the Chiefs of at least 300 plus yards, 3 passing tds and 0 picks…with all three of those games being in KC.

EDIT:  a minor added bonus from yesterday’s win…KC’s time of possession before the interception by Johnson: 13 seconds.

  14. EA Tiburon I know you so dig Tom Brady only having 1 pick, but with 8 tds, 1 game with a quarterback rating over 100 and a 3-3 record I believe you are going to have to come to grips and put the guy who leads the league in yards passing, leads in TD passes (tied), leads in total tds, averages more than 370 yards passing and rushing per game, and is 5-1 right now (and so very much because of him) ahead of the Goat.

Mahomes is number 1 at 97 and that is fine, but it is time.  Turn the page.  Stop this nonsense.

Allen is not the Goat…but he is the unicorn.
