There goes the only member of the Fox News team left who had some level of integrity.

The world and gameplay are pretty good with fun combat and exploration, but the story and characters haven’t been very good IMO. The narrator started to annoy me as well, so I turned narration off.
I like the environmentalist story of the game, but yes, the single narrator who voices out ever single line in the game was a very poor choice.

TBF, the framerate is so poor on both PS5 and XSX, I don’t think we’ll actually see full-games with this detail until next gen (or “updates” of the current gen). Ridiculously impressive, regardlessI could imagine this being used in smaller environments though, not full-scale cities. Especially in games such as survival horror titles where physics are so minimal.

I rage quit Scarlet Nexus near the end because of obnoxious bosses, now I’m playing Biomutant and What Remains of Edith Finch.
Slowly playing through Biomutant right now myself. Surprisingly fun game, but I'm a bit frustrated that a side quest seems to have broke leaving me with no way to turn it in.

Hmm idk it has plastic casing on the bottom. I’m wanting to avoid plastic if I can because I’m convinced that is what played a role in my last laptop crapping out so fast
Having a plastic chassis wouldn't cause a premature death, the problem is the laptop industry itself building unreliable hardware now because it's easier to get away with these days. For big consumer brands, Lenovo is going to be your most reliable. For smaller brands, Framework and Clevo (Goes under names such as Sager, Xotic PC) will be the most dependable. Brands to avoid are Acer and HP as they're abysmal for reliability.

Shame we more than likely will not seem games with this level of visual quality until the chips shortage is behind us. Until then, we're going to be living with games designed for multi generations.

Looks straight out of a Hollywood movie. I cannot imagine living in an area of the county where a tornado warning can end up with this level of destruction.

Wait, what, they're making an open world game for Sonic? I'm interested, but I'm also the person who buys damn near all the Sonic console games because there's something wrong with me.

As great as Dune RTS titles have been since the early 90's, I'd really love to see a new attempt at an adventure game. We had one incredibly good one for the Sega CD/Amgia/PC from Cryo Interactive and that's been about it.

Man I would just love a remake of Devil Dice on the ps1. My wife and I really enjoyed that one, like you I miss these type games. Lumines is just great period!
I'm not sure why they've all but died at this point. The Switch seems like the perfect platform for a good old school puzzle game. I have fun with the modern ones like Talos Principle, but they're not pickup and play games. It's fun to have ones where you're basically just trying to best yourself and reach a higher level.

Staying true to the moto, "Play has no limits" is good, but this is maybe too hardcore an interpretation of it.
You so know his nickname in prison is going to be PlayStation after somebody claims them as their bitch.

Playing Lumines on the Switch this weekend. Makes me really miss these sorts of puzzle games.

Dan Ryckert was playing Panic yesterday and I thought of @vaxick
I have got to check that out, Panic seems like the perfect game for somebody like Dan Ryckert.

I'm having the worst luck with the C1. Returned two of them, and now I'm back to a plasma until I decide what to do next. Both of the C1's I received had some pretty drastic color shift when viewing off axis. Due to the layout of my apartment, I cannot sit dead center when viewing a TV, so OLED made sense due to its off axis viewing, but it's not exactly fun to watch when half of your screen is yellow (first one) or blue (second one). My parents ancient 1080p OLED set does not have this issue nor did the ones I viewed at Best Buy. I did notice over at AVS that this does seem to be an issue with the C1 this year, but not all sets are affected.

Couldn't pass this one up for $25. Not really into the whole Marvel cinematic universe, but all the reviews on this game make it sound like a real hidden gem.

Godfall should have been on PS+ to begin with.
Wonder if Mortal Shell for Plus will have access to the PS5 update given it was a free upgrade. I really need to play that game, I embarrassingly bought it because I got it for a really low price, but then it just kinda sat in the backlog.

You could say things are going well here in Michigan. Now I'm wondering how many people are going to lose their lives after fighting the black Friday crowds for a shitty TV.
