It uses the place from P.T. but not solely that house (there's a separate Dream for that), but it has a good sense of foreshadowing and creepiness, the guy who made it voiced all the characters, and it's honestly... pretty good! Not a ton of gameplay (some dialogue choices and some character movement), but I dig it. Look for Silent Hills (Full Game) by DrJones20. EDIT: nm got to the gameplay and exploration!
